The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff were attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and clean, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. the breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with delicious options to start our day.

I loved my recent stay at The Plaza Seoul, part of the Autograph Collection. The location was ideal, with easy access to the airport bus and within walking distance of palaces and shopping areas. The highlight was definitely the Club Lounge experience. The meals provided were delicious and varied, with options available throughout the day. The check-in and check-out process at the lounge was efficient and the staff, especially Ms. Iris Song, were really good. The rooms were beautifully decorated and provided a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, excellent Club Lounge, and fine decor.

The location is perfect, with easy access to several train stations, the bustling Myeongdong shopping street, and other areas of Seoul. We even loved being able to walk across the street to witness the changing of the guard at the Deoksugung palace. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was convenient with all the necessary amenities. The service was top-notch, and the breakfast spread was delicious. We also enjoyed the stunning view from our room. it was a wonderful experience.

The high prices for certain items, such as drinks at the lobby bar and the fitness center fee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel during New Year's. The location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and close proximity to the subway. The hotel offered delicious appetizers in the evening and a awesome breakfast. The attentive staff made our stay even better.

One downside was the lack of a swimming pool in the hotel. We were given a ticket to access a fitness club nearby, but the indoor pool there was not up to par.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and English-speaking. They even surprised us with a birthday cake for free. The suite wassuper clean and cozy, and the Club Lounge had great food. The breakfast buffet had a variety of dishes and the hotel had fine views of the city. The location was perfect, close to train stations and the popular Myeong-dong district.

Luxurious amenities are abundant in this hotel. the spa and wellness center provides relaxing massage and facial treatments. the pool with a stunning view is perfect for those who want to relax in the sun loungers. the heated indoor swimming pool is well-maintained and the heated steam room is a perfect way to unwind. the exclusive sauna and spa lounge contribute to the serene atmosphere. I also appreciated the private facilities provided in the room, including a leisure/TV room and in-room breakfast.

I had a perfectly comfortable stay at The Plaza Seoul, Autograph Collection. The location was great, with a historical park nearby for a nice sporty walk along a hidden stream. The room, although a bit odd with a huge bed, was beautifully appointed and had excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet was excellent, catering to every Asian demand and changing the selection daily. The hotel also had good conference facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free Wi-Fi was a bonus.
